In this plot, I'm comparing the cloudiness of a city to its latitude. There doesn't seem to be much of a trend here. There is a group where it's about 90% cloudy, but that's distributed approximately uniformly across latitudes. There is a larger group that is 0% cloudy, and it is also approximately uniform across latitudes. There are some horizontal lines, but those are probably due to common rounding values (20%, 40%, 75%, etc.).
